Hesketh Bank Community Centre will be hosting the Hoghton Players on Saturday 14th May, who will be performing “Out and About with Gilbert & Sullivan”.
The evening will include excerpts from operas set in different locations (real and imaginary) around the world featuring solos, ensembles and choruses from many of the most popular Gilbert & Sullivan operas (and a few bits from the less well-known ones!)
Steve Kirby, Chair of Hesketh Bank Community Centre, said, “We are delighted to welcome back The Hoghton Players to Hesketh Bank and to our brand new Community Centre to continue a relationship we started in our old hall and before the pandemic.”
